Third Quarter Update
Hey! What a harvest it has been!
A lot has happened and we have many exciting updates we want to share with you from the past few months. Everything from award nominations, new customers, products and collaborations! 🤩
We won the Construction Industry Innovation Award! 🎉We are incredibly proud to receive such recognition from the industry, especially with such tough competition from the other nominees for the award. Of course, this would not have been possible without all the clever people at Kvist, our forward-thinking customers and our investors. We extend a big thank you to all of you 🦕💚

Solutions contribute to increased efficiency, profitability and, not least, significant environmental impacts that will help achieve our climate goals faster.”
We also had the opportunity to stand on the stand throughout Bygg Reis Deg, and were able to meet people from all over the industry and show off our solution! 💻🏡
Launch of BREEAM In-Use 🚀
To launch our new platform for BREAM In-Use (BIU) certification, we invited the 12th. October over 100 people from the construction industry to discuss the issue;”Is pass good enough?“With us at the discussion, we had Grønn Byggallianse, DNB, Gjensidige, Veni and Höegh to find out how we can get the masses to environmentally certify the existing buildings in their portfolio. As promised, there was also pyroshow (read spark machine) and beer at the afterparty🔥
To create our new platform, we have been working closely with the astute people in AVA property over the past year. We have certified several of their builds, and with that gained experience for the development of the platform. The platform is now live and we will be onboarding the first projects next week. It is also very fun that we have brought with us a number of forward-thinking clients from the very beginning; AVA Eiendom, Ovtun Eiendom, Onarheim Eiendom, Höegh Eiendom and Entra. 🙌

Collaboration with Veni 🤝
Together with Veni, we are going to make it even easier to build green! 💚 Earlier this fall we announced a partnership with Veni where they will be using us on all their projects. In addition, we will work together to further develop the platform so that we can get one step closer to super-easy environmental certification. 🌱 It is a lot of fun to be able to work with such a committed and knowledgeable bunch like Veni, and we are looking forward to seeing the result of the partnership! 🙌

New version of the platform 🕺
In September we launched our biggest update ever, a brand new version of our platform! We have made changes to make it super easy to keep track of project progress, with a completely new way of working with certification. Plus we've created a brand new audit page ⭐️
Pitch during Oslo Urban Week 📣
At DNB Eiendomsdagen, we had the opportunity to air some thoughts with the real estate industry about how to work their way up to the very best certification levels. Thanks to DNB for the opportunity to introduce us! ☘️
Nominated for Startup Of The Year!
During this year's Proptech Summit, Kvist was nominated for “Startup Of The Year” during the “Top Of The Props” award ceremony! The Proptech Summit brings out the real estate industry's best innovators, brightest investors and most promising tech companies. Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the top this time, but we think it's a lot of fun to have been nominated along with many other impressive startups in the real estate industry. 👊
We are looking forward to a winter filled with BIU, new projects and new features! Now we are starting the last gear towards Christmas and have a lot of motivation from autumn to work on. Stay tuned for more updates 😎
