The construction industry already accounts for 40% of energy-related CO2 emissions, while experiencing a 10% reduction in productivity since 2000. This makes it crucial to change how we build to meet future needs sustainably.
Our approach
Sustainable buildings, certified through standards such as BREEAM, can reduce CO2 emissions by an average of 22% over the life of the building. Despite this, the processes around environmental certification are often complex and resource-intensive.
