New Documentation Flow 📂

Since much of the time in a certification is spent on documentation uploading it was time to make this flow as easy as possible! The new flow allows you to upload documents with only 2 clicks, instead of 6 as it took earlier 😅. Easily view all uploaded documents on our new documents page 🙌.

Assignments ✅

There are many who have asked for the ability to be able to create tasks in the platform, and now it is finally possible! Tasks can be created on topics and points, and it is possible to:
- Put the responsible person for the task
- Set a deadline for the task
- Set priority (none, low, medium and high)
- Write a complementary description of the task

Perform actions on several rows at the same time 🤹 ‍

We've realized that it's frustrating to have to tap into every single row to set the same responsible role or deadline multiple times 😠. Therefore, now we have added the possibility of being able to highlight several rows at a time and then:
- Submit to audit
- Add responsible role
- Set deadline

Highlight a row by pressing the “checkbox” that pops up when you take your mouse over the row, and the menu will pop up by itself!

Disabling users

All of a sudden you're going to be in mommy or daddy's perm, and then someone else has to get in on the field to do the work! Now it is finally possible to disable users who are not going to be part of the project. Of course, it is possible to reactivate users again if they want to get back into the heat 🥹.

Bullet list in text editing

Last month we came up with improved text editing. The people have spoken, and you wanted the opportunity to create bulleted lists in the text editor! 🎯

Other Functionality

Minor tasks we have been working on, which also deserve attention 💚

• Names of documents are now displayed in the history 🌈
• Auditor can now see documents that have been changed or replaced in submissions
• Lists where roles appear are now correctly sorted in alphabetical order
• We have removed some bugs that could show up on progression on innovation points 🐛
