Merry Christmas Now that 2023 is drawing to a close we want to highlight some of the highlights for us in Kvist this year. At the same time, we would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the customers, partners and investors who have supported us this year ❤️
We started the year by raising money.
2023 started with a bang when we were finally able to announce that we closed an investment round of 17 million, with the investors Arkwright X, DNB Ventures, Alliance VC, Squid Venture and Stor-Oslo Eiendom. In addition, we have joined angel investors Sigurd Syvertsen, Carl Henrik Graff, Anthon Zeiner and Niklas Skattum 👼 With fresh capital available, we were ready to give gas into the new year! 💥
Kvist was awarded the DOGA badge!
In February, we were awarded the “DOGA brand for design and architecture” for our platform, where the jury concluded that they saw “a solution that has the potential to be a game changer for the industry”! It was amazing to get such recognition and validation of the work behind the app. 🙌🤩
New additions to the Kvist family!
Over the course of the year, we've had four great people on the team! Haldis as Sustainability Lead, Fredrik as Head of DevOps, Anders as Frontend Developer and Idun as Commercial Manager. We are proud to work with such great people! 👫💚
Launch of new product
With the brake on the new-build market, we saw the opportunity to create a solution for the group with perhaps the greatest potential in terms of environmental certification; existing buildings. This fall we held a launch event for over 100 pieces from the industry. It was very successful and we are well underway with BIU projects for several new clients! 🤝💚
We won the Construction Industry Innovation Award!
The year was rounded off with an amazing recognition from the industry. During this year's Bygg Reis Theg, we were awarded the construction industry's innovation award. It means a lot to the team to win such a prestigious award, and gives us a lot of motivation into the new year! 🚀

In 2023, we have worked hard to strengthen our position in the new building market in Norway, while at the same time we have started to establish ourselves in the Swedish market and the market for existing buildings. With us, we now have over 130 buildings in total, represented by a number of forward-thinking customers. We love working with you! Thank you for all your trust, all your input, motivation and cheer in 2023, we can't wait to see how 2024 turns out! 💚
