We have become environmental beacon certified! 💚

We are working every day to help the construction industry with the green transition. Therefore, it is important for us to be conscious of our own footprint. Now we can proudly say that we have been certified Environmental Lighthouse, and can show that we take sustainability seriously also internally in Kvist! 🌎🌱

Kvist in Finansavisen 📰

Kvist was started by Fabian and Mathias while they were still attending university and had no work experience. Fabian has talked to Finansavisen about how it is to start a company as a young entrepreneur.

PropTechTRD 📣

In January, we organized PropTechTRD together with StartupTRD, Proptech Norway and Simonsen Vogt Wiig for the first time. 🙌 More than 100 engaged participants from the industry met up to exciting lectures, presentations and great pitches from both established real estate players and exciting new technology companies. 🌱

Proptech SVG 🕺

In March, we attended the opening of Smedvig's new project ARK on Site4016, and what became the first PropTechSVG in history! 🥳 The building, which incidentally is BREEAM-NOR Excellent certified, has ambitions to become a vibrant cluster environment for companies that want to build the sustainable buildings of the future. You just have to cheer for that! 👏

A foothold in Sweden 🇸🇪

In February, we went over to the neighbouring country to get acquainted with the Swedish market. 🦕 At Fastighetsmässan Syd in Malmö we were shown how easy it can be to comply with environmental requirements in our platform. 🌱

We are looking forward to tipping our toes in the Swedish market in the time ahead, and have many exciting plans in Sweden! 🚀

⭐️ Product news ⭐️

• For the auditor, there is now a practical overview of the approved annexes to the certification
• We have created a statistics page for those who like to dive into data on points distribution
• Added many new options for text editing
• Created a completely new documentation flow that makes it much faster to upload documentation
• Added ability to create tasks in the projects

In the coming weeks we will be moving to our own offices and building a proper Kvist-nest! Everyone is warmly welcome to visit us in Industrigata 36 💚🏡

Until the summer, we will work on the audit flow in Kvist and make improvements to portfolio functionality for e.g. reporting to taxonomy and CSRD. 🙌 We also have more exciting news that we are looking forward to sharing in the next newsletter!
